Welcome to Kanbarb. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and SaaS application. By accessing or using Kanbarb, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Billing Information
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns and billing issues.
1. Subscription and Billing
By subscribing to a paid plan on Kanbarb, you agree to pay the fees associated with the plan you selected. All payments are processed securely via Paddle.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel it.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Kanbarb subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting help@paddle.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.
3. Refunds
Our refund policy is governed by our separate Refund Policy. Generally, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content within Kanbarb are the property of [Your Company/Name] and are protected by international copyright laws.
