We offer a full refund for all new subscriptions within the first 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply contact us within this period.

1. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, you can choose one of the following methods:

  • Contact Paddle Support (our payment provider) at paddle.com

2. Exceptions & Non-refundable items

Please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only available for the first subscription period (trial or first month/year).
  • Renewals are generally not refundable unless required by local law.
  • If we detect an abuse of our service or a violation of our Terms, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

3. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle. It typically takes  5 to 10 business days  for the funds to appear back in your original payment method.
